NEW DEVELOPMENT WILL MARK FRONTDOOR’S ENTRY INTO METRO ATLANTA
FrontDoor Communities has closed on Youth 158 acres in south Forsyth County, with plans to develop its first Georgia project: a community known as Traditions with more than 400 homes.
The transaction marks the largest residential community land acquisition in metro Atlanta in seven years — a sign both of the improving residential market and of FrontDoor’s commitment to Traditions.
